Iana's Abseil for Youth Challenge
Story
Dear All,
I wholeheartedly believe that a helping hand in a time of need can change someone’s life. For this reason I support the Sir David Martin Foundation who provides care, counselling, training and support for young people in crisis.
To show my dedication for those who are ‘on the edge’ and to demonstrate that with the right support landing on your feet is totally achievable, I am ‘pushing myself over the edge’ of 135m skyscraper (1 Market Street, Sydney) in October 2014 as part of the annual Abseil for Youth.
It would be great if you can join me in this adventure or show your support by making a donation for this worthy cause!

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will be issued with a receipt via email as soon as you make a donation.

Thanks for supporting my challenge and helping to make a difference to youth in crisis!
Activity
Sir David Martin Foundation
Sir David Martin Foundation was set up in 1990 by the much loved Governor of New South Wales, Sir David Martin, four days prior to his death. The Foundation aims to realise the dream of Sir David Martin of an Australian community “where children can grow up in safety with hope and opportunity”. The Foundation raises funds for innovative and effective Mission Australia run youth crisis programs. We provide care, counselling, training and support for young people in crisis and foster community understanding of their needs and potential. With the goal to get more young people off the streets, away from unhealthy situations and into care and rehabilitation. We aim to encourage them in a new sense of self belief so that they can face the community at large without the need for drugs, crime and homelessness.
